| 내용 | Article 13 - The term "medical devices" as used in this Act shall refer to instruments, machines, apparatus, and their accessories, fittings and parts which are used in diagnosing, curing, alleviating, or directly preventing the diseases of human beings, or which may affect the body structure or functions of human beings. The central competent health authority shall establish Regulations Governing the Management of Medical Devices in regards to its scope, classification, management, and other matters in accordance with practical needs. |
